What should I do when my DNS Lookup fails?

A few times a day my internet will stop working and I'll get the error message from my computer that "DNS lookup has failed." People using the same wireless as me don't get this error--it looks like it's only affecting my computer. I really can't have my internet quitting on me a few times a day. What should I do?
