Computer troubles. I don't know what to do?

What internet service do you have? If it's Time Warner Cable, you are not the only one. They are having troubles with their system. You might want to first put your computer in safe mode, and run an antivirus software ( Malwarebytes and Spybot S&D are free) then if there are any viruses clear those out, and then call the internet company to see if there is anything wrong with the internet in your area. They usually do a pretty good job of helping.
