How do i reverse look up for free?

i am only 15 and some guy just called me..and tried to prank me but forgot to block his number..i was wondering if there was a free reverse lookup i could use...i am a little creeped out..this happens quite frequently to me and i want it to stop...but i cant call the cops if i dont have a name...thanks for the help[:
