My face has small bumps all over and is really oily!!!! I want to look nice for middle school in august! Help?

My face is oily especially in the creases of my nose on the sides. And I have bump every where!!!! I need help. On how to clear that up in time for august! Also yes I'm going to middle school and I'm only 12 but yes I want to look nice. Please discriminate because of that. I want to get my teeth really white like an actresses teeth. Any reccomendations for any whitning tooth paste,mouthwash? Any good recomendations for cute clothing that is follow the dress codes for middle school? Thanks.
